Many members are now receiving ANGAIR’s newsletter by e-mail. We have received much positive feedback about this.
ANGAIR again participated in the Anglesea Easter Riverbank Market. Over 500 indigenous plants from the propagating group, and a variety of ANGAIR publications and merchandise, were sold. It is very pleasing to note the increased interest in our native flora and fauna, and in choosing indigenous plants for our local gardens.
ANGAIR members should be proud of the number of them who helped at the working bee at the Anglesea Primary School. They were wonderful, removing the weeds and rubbish, and their efforts are very much appreciated by the school community. Thanks to you all.
The Great Ocean Road Coastal Committee have advised that the draft Coastal Management Plan will now be available for public comment at the end of May or early June, rather than mid-April, as previously advised.
