Aireys Inlet–Urquhart Beach, 6–7km, medium.
We join the Surf Coast Walk at Sandy Gully Beach and walk along the clifftops to Sunnymeade Beach. After a short beach walk, we ascend the clifftops and continue to Urquhart Beach. There are rocky steps down to the beach. We re-ascend, then walk back to Aireys Inlet.
This is a very scenic section of coastline providing excellent walking with outstanding coastal views especially at low tide which is at 08:45 am–0.40cm.
Please meet at Aireys Inlet Community Centre Car Park on June 22 at 9:30am. Bring morning tea, lunch and water.
