Description

Teddy’s Lookout Circuit– approx 8 kms, easy/medium.

Meet at Aireys Inlet Community Centre Car Park.

9.00 am Saturday February 27.

Leader: Debra White.

This walk is two circuit loops from Teddy’s Lookout. The first loop goes up the pretty St George River through lush rainforest and the second loop takes Tramway Track above the Great Ocean Road then heads through the attractive Queen’s Park. The walk follows some of the route of an old logging tramline used by teams of horses to haul sawn timber from a mill near the Upper Kalimna Falls to Lorne Pier.

Bring morning tea, lunch and water.
