Angair walk

Following Ross Dullard’s enlightening talk  about fossil-hunting on the Surf Coast, he will be leading an Angair Walk along a local beach.

The walk could not be scheduled immediately after his Angair Talk because one of the essentials of fossil-hunting is to work only when the tides are right. This month the tides will be right on Sunday 27 September at 5 pm.

Meet just before 5 pm at the car park near 100 Ocean Boulevard, Jan Juc. The spot is known to surfers as Steps because of the steep steps down to the beach.

Bring a water bottle and wear beach-walking shoes.
