The team at Deakin University – which has been studying the effects of fire in the Anglesea Health for several years – will talk about some of the research details.

The team has looked at the impact of frequency of planned burns on heathland plant communities, fire impact on seed bank sites in the soil and the patterns of seeding that follows both spring and autumn burns.
