Spring along to the Members’ Plant Sale

The propagation unit will be open for our next Members’ Sale on Sunday 8 September from 10 am – 11:30 am.

Come and purchase your new plants at the members’ price of $3 per tube two weeks before the annual Wildflower and Arts Show sales to the general public.

Some of our special pea species seem to survive transplanting better after being ‘grown on’ in larger pots, rather than planting directly from the small forestry tubes. After continually improving our seed collection, cleaning and heat treatment methods with these species, we have been concentrating on growing them for longer in the larger tubes (like the Xanthorrhoeas, grass-trees); some will be available for purchase at $6 per plant.
