Angair president Liz Fenwick presented two new honorary life memberships to Conrad White and Sally White (not related) at the Angair very successful annual lunch last month.

Conrad has been Angair’s treasurer for 10 years and his citation noted he had carried out his task as treasurer ‘while making improvements in a rapidly changing technical environment’. His calm guidance at committee meetings had been invaluable as had his financial management skills during the flurry of the Wildflower & Arts Weekend.
Sally was honoured for her contribution as president from 2021 to 23, committee member, editor, weeder, propagator and a force in communications and education. Her citation read she had had a presence in almost every aspect of Angair activities and had promoted local traditional owner culture.
