If you missed the past two Angair Talks, you can catch up as they are now available at http://angairnatureshow.org.au.

First up last November was Rock Pool Rambling with Peter Crowcroft. Pete has spent decades paddling around in the rock pools of the Surf Coast and his fascinating photographs and compelling information prove he was certainly not wasting time. A bonus of the evening was Peter’s elder son, Ollie, who gave an engaging account of his Big Bird Year going out with his Dad to see 147 bird species in Tasmania, the Little Desert, Werribee and Anglesea.

The wonders of birds and the demands of quality bird photography was the focus of Margaret Lacey’s warm-hearted February talk. She illustrated her points with a glorious range of photographs of the many bird species that can be found in the little distance between Aireys Inlet and Anglesea.
