An Angair stalwart for many years, Gwen Hall, died last month, aged 97. Gwen was made an honorary life member of Angair in 2007 in recognition of her work on the committee, weeding, flora surveys and the annual Wildflower Show.
Ellinor Campbell recently paid tribute to Gwen saying ’she was a great mentor to me, and introduced me to local heathland plants on a Show bus in 1990’.
